  • 1/2c Mixed Nuts & Seeds (walnuts/almonds/pecan/sunflowers/pumpkin/flax)
  • 1/4c Raisins (regular or golden)
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon
  • Honey or Agave Nectar (to taste and desired consistency)

Instructions

  1. Process or blend all ingredients to desired firmness.
    Top with nut milk, banana milk, or non-dairy yogurt (or other).
    Serves 1.
