How Can I Begin My Journey?
Welcome to Daytona Fit Mom!
My name is Michelle (aka DaytonaFitMom). I am a WAHM (MOMpreneur), born in New York, grew up in Ormond Beach, lived in Tampa, FL for 17 years, and now live in Daytona Beach. I am a mom to a very active and spunky 7 year old girl; a wife; a PTA mom/board member; a 4 time half-marathoner; vegan; a blogger; cheer mom; Ex-Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleader, essential oil user/believer; Great Dane mom (RIP Daisey); and a virtual Health & Fitness Coach. Health and Fitness is my passion!
After working in the sales & marketing industry for close to 15 years, I have finally found my passion helping others in health, wellness and fitness, while also being able to stay home while raising our daughter (for the past 7 years). This new career has changed my life and I couldn’t be happier!
Being a WAHM (work at home mom) has certainly given me perspective on balance. I understand how hard it can be to find time to work health and fitness into your life. I encourage my clients to integrate programs into their schedule that fit their lifestyle. No two training programs are alike, and it is a lifestyle, not a fad. I also encourage healthier eating (for the whole family), by providing tons of weekly recipes, and healthy, family related blogs.
I’d like to sit down and talk about your short term and long term goals for your health and wellness (over the phone or messaging works too). And for those of you who are already on your way, but need a little extra push, a little extra motivation, some new perspective on health and fitness – well, I can help there too!
I offer and run monthly VIP groups to help you reach your goals. Much of my work can be done in a virtual setting, so you don’t have to live near me; I help people all over the US/Canada/UK. We can totally work together online.
You can connect with me through all social media, as well as my website. My website is also where I post weekly recipes and blogs. Please take a look around!
