Vegan Cobb Salad Review

VEGAN: This past weekend, while out of town for my daughters cheer competition, we ate at the Cheesecake Factory. I have not eaten here in years (and went vegan about 3 years ago). To my surprise, there was a vegan cobb salad on the menu…..SOLD!!! So, I ordered it (along with some edamame, and a grilled artichoke). Here is my review of it! Have you tried it?

Cheesecake Factory Vegan Cobb Salad.

I ordered this for dinner, and it was THE BEST! I am going to list all the ingredients below, but I can tell you that this HIT THE SPOT! It was crunchy where it needed to be, creamy where it also needed to be, tasty, AND filling! I absolutely enjoyed eating it.

The Ingredients.

Crisp Lettuce Topped with Grilled Asparagus, Green Beans, Roasted Beets, Avocado, Cucumber, Tomato, Garbanzo Beans, Quinoa, Farro, Almonds and Sunflower Seeds with House Vinaigrette.

Funny Story.

My good friend was also with us, she is not vegan, but she DID comment on how good the salad looked. She asked me if I ate any kind of cheese (NO), and that if I did, she thought it would also be good with some goat cheese. So, I had to share with her my story of how I actually FIRST gave us dairy, before going fully vegan. So, I gave up all cheeses a long time ago. BUT, I think it’s great that this salad looked so good, that non-vegans would also eat it. 🙂

If you are also vegan, and have eaten there recently, what are some of your favorite menu items to order? I would love to hear from you! Comment below!
